Additionally, the base is square with a mounting lock on top, and a black rubber base is included to increase wind resistance and stability. The base's sides and corners are rounded for added safety. The cone features a reflective collar for enhanced visibility. These plastic cones can be stacked without getting caught, making them easy to move and store without taking up much space. The safety cone has a smooth surface.
